Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Effective Date: August 7, 2024

This Service Level Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Laguna Today dba Flybridge LLC (“Service Provider”), and you, the user (“Customer”). This Agreement specifies the terms and conditions under which the Service Provider will deliver the web-based services (“Services”) listed on localsonly.app, portal.localsonly.app, jobs.localsonly.app, and tv.localsonly.app.

1. Service Availability

  • Service Commitment: The Service Provider does not guarantee any specific uptime or availability of the Services. The Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
  • Scheduled Downtime: The Service Provider may conduct maintenance which may result in periodic unavailability. Customers will be notified in advance whenever feasible.

2. Service Support

  • Support Availability: Customer support will be available via email during regular business hours.
  • Response Times: We aim to respond to all customer inquiries within 48 hours.

3. No Performance Guarantees

  • Performance: The Service Provider makes no guarantees regarding the performance, speed, or uninterrupted use of the Services.

4. Customer Obligations

  • Compliance: The Customer agrees to use the Services in accordance with the terms specified in the Terms of Use and this SLA.
  • Reporting Issues: The Customer is responsible for notifying the Service Provider of any service-related issues or downtime experiences.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Damages: The Service Provider will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by the use or inability to use the Services.

6. Modifications to Terms

  • Revisions: The terms of this SLA may be revised by the Service Provider with prior notice to the Customer, reflecting changes to the operational policies or coverage.

7. Termination

  • Termination Rights: Either party may terminate the Agreement with written notice if the other party fails to comply with any terms and conditions stated herein.

8. Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
